| Customer Surveys
The customer survey helps clarify expectation levels and analyze
current cleanliness levels. Completed with the approval and
direction of the customer, surveys have become part of our ongoing
quality development. The Service Performance staff can distribute
paper survey copies, we can use an email survey format or use a
web-based survey on a time-line and process preferred by you. The
results are checked, collated and used to identify areas for
improvement or areas we are doing well.
