Service Performance is currently using measurement to improve various processes, such as safety on the job and reducing operating costs. Other ways we put measurement to work for our customers, include:

  • Identifying company-wide accidents by frequency and type to improve safety and reduce operating costs

  • Measuring site-specific accidents to eliminate hazards by account

  • Classifying site specific training requirements

  • Recording the delivery of operating equipment and supplies to improve productivity of supervisory and staff employees
