| Building Inspection
We constantly monitor the cleaning process to assure quality and
customer satisfaction. Supervisors perform quality inspections
daily, the cleanliness level of each area is reviewed weekly by the
Operations Account Manager and is measured by the Operations Account
Manager monthly using the Quality Audit Form. We immediately respond
to any cleaning issues we find and also chart the scores so that
cleanliness levels can be charted over time and any needed action
implemented.
