A Successful Plan for a Smooth Transition
When we are awarded a contract, our management team
meets with the client representatives to review any unique
requirements of each service area. Then we generate a transition
time line, addressing site-specific issues for the areas to be
cleaned. Our sales manager will review all aspects of the process,
working with our vice president of operations, operations/account
manager and controller to guarantee success from the start.
At Service Performance, we’re ready to implement
our proven start-up system and develop a plan that will meet all of
your contract requirements. And in an emergency situation, where
your current vendor had stopped services, we would react immediately
to cover cleaning responsibilities as quickly as possible.
This basic model shows some areas addressed during phase-in.
Within five days of contract award, we will meet with your
facilities professionals to identify account-specific issues and
incorporate them into the process.
