Computerized Periodic Work Orders
Computerized account management is separating small
operations from their larger competitors in the maintenance
industry. We use a computerized work order system to eliminate
inconsistencies and improve productivity.
Non-routine tasks are scheduled at the start of the
contract according to the client’s specifications. The
customer is then given a copy of the periodic work schedule
for the upcoming contract period. Supervisors complete their
periodic work orders and add related comments that can be used
to modify or upgrade the specifications later. This system is
closely monitored to ensure that non-routine tasks are
completed as scheduled—and that the schedule gives the best
value to the customer.
