Standardized Equipment and Supplies
Service Performance works with a small number of select equipment
and chemical suppliers, allowing us to buy in bulk, receive
economies of scale in pricing, negotiate multi-year contracts with
fixed costs, command priority attention for our accounts, and
customize the ordering/delivery system. Chemicals and equipment are
standardized from building to building, among all the sites we
service, which increases safety and efficiency in training.
Service Performance uses the latest and most productive equipment
available. We review every site that we clean in order to make sure
that we are using the most efficient and appropriate equipment. This
ensures that your site is cleaned properly and in the most cost
effective way possible. The correct equipment investment for your
facility allows us to achieve the best cleaning result while being
very productive and offering you the most value for your dollar.
Our chemical dispensing and management system uses four standard
chemicals so that we can standardize training, receive great product
pricing and create a safer environment by limiting the various
materials at the customer site. Also, by limiting the number of
chemicals, we can be thorough in employee training which helps us
ensure we use the proper chemical for each duty and provides better
cleaning quality. Regardless of which site a cleaner may be assigned
to, they will be using the same chemical system they were trained
in. Of course, we have access to other cleaning chemicals or
products we may need to provide a special service your facility.
MSDS Sheets
Materials Data Safety Sheets are required by law and must be
on-site for any chemical provided by the cleaning contractor. We
have MSDS Sheets for all chemicals and provide a binder that covers
all on-site chemicals. We will have the information posted and can
provide our customer a book for their records.
