The operations/account manager is at the hub of our management and operations system. He or she is directly responsible for the quality of service delivered to the customer.

Our Operations System Delivers Consistent Quality

Service Performance operations policies have been developed through years of diligent work to establish accountability and cost-effective management of your facility—allowing you to focus on other priorities.

The vice president of operations oversees the entire service delivery system, allocating resources of labor and equipment. They monitor the overall quality of our services and act as mentors for the operations/account managers and supervisory staff. Along with our human resources trainers, they implement training programs and make sure supervisors are trained to lead front-line staff. Each  week the operations/account manager reports to their V.P. of Operations to deliver a progress report on each account.

The operations/account manager is the main liaison between the customer and our company. He or she is responsible for the day-to-day quality of cleaning at your facility and is your primary contact, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operations/account manager can be reached via cell phone, e-mail, direct office phone or any method your prefer. In the event he or she is unavailable, a manager is on-call to handle requests or emergencies. Your operations/account manager oversees the activities of the day and night supervisors, directs contract periodic services, conducts weekly customer meetings, completes weekly inspections of the facility, and audits facility cleanliness each month.

Day and night supervisors direct the front line staff in completing their tasks, making sure regular janitorial, special request and periodic work is performed as scheduled. They are trained in effective supervisory methods, equipment usage, chemical usage and efficient work loading. They perform visual inspections of the facility as often as seven times a week, depending on site cleaning frequency and difficulty level.

Large accounts have a dedicated on-site utility/floor crew, while roaming crews service smaller accounts. These mobile crews have a fully equipped vehicle for carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, water pick-up, pressure washing, window cleaning and various other special projects. All utility/floor crews are specially trained in operating major cleaning equipment, focusing exclusively on this type of work so our janitorial staff can concentrate on their regular daily tasks.
