Service Performance Corporation was established in April 1988 by
David Pasek, President and General Manager. We have grown to more
than 1,475 full-time employees providing services to over 250
customers in very diverse facilities throughout the western
United States
. We now service more than 20 million square feet daily ranging in
size from 5,000 square feet to over 2,000,000 square foot
facilities. These areas include bio-tech, cafeteria/kitchen, clean
room, fitness centers, GMP areas, laboratories, manufacturing,
meeting centers, offices, R&D and public access environment
areas. We have grown by being price competitive, retaining our
customers, and providing customers with a full complement of
commercial building maintenance services.
We focus on selectively attracting specific companies with which
to work and on developing long-term partnerships with our customers.
We want to work with companies that treat their employees and
vendors as part of a team so that we can focus on our work and help
you complete your responsibilities successfully.
We have developed our company to be an extension of your
facilities management department, grouping a number of facilities
maintenance services together to allow “one-stop shopping,” yet
remaining close to our core competency.
